Brian E. Overstreet is one of the hottest sports management personalities in the country. He is a practicing attorney with the Connell & Overstreet Law Group. As a Certified Contract Advisor with the NFL Players Association, he is authorized to direct negotiations between individual athletes, professional football teams and their owners. In 1991 Mr. Overstreet received a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology and Corrections with a minor in Pre-Law from Sam Houston State University. He received a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in 1998.
Since becoming founder of EOSM in 1998, he has negotiated contracts for a number of high profile clients and many bright young stars to come. A few of those clients include Casey Hampton, Nick Fairley, Dre Kirkpatrick, Nate Washington, Brandon LaFell and Cedric Griffin. Brian is committed to giving back to his community through the Early Overstreet Cancer Research Foundation which hopes to find a cure for this devastating disease. In addition to his role in United Sports Group, Brian is a member of Brentwood Baptist Church where he has served on both Youth Mentoring and Usher Boards, a member of MGM (Making Great Men), and currently serves on the Trustee Board. He is a member of Who’s Who Among American Business Men, honored by the Iota Lambda Business Sorority as a young entrepreneur, inducted into the Hall of Fame at Westbury High School, and a board member of South Central YMCA. Brian is also a member of the National Bar Association and the State Bar Association of Texas.
Rodney Williams has always had a passion for sports, and brings an extensive knowledge of the business nuances in professional football, as well as the intricate steps in the transition from college to the NFL. He attended Texas Lutheran College on a basketball scholarship where he was captain and an All-Conference basketball player. Rodney earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting in 1993, and went on to gain his Law Degree at Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 1998. After passing the Texas Bar examination, he practiced law before transitioning into his true passion as a sports agent. He has combined his talent with numbers with his legal background to become a Certified Contract Advisor with the NFL Players Association.
Rodney’s commitment to athlete’s success has made him one of the leading sports agents in the country. He is constantly developing valuable relationships with key stakeholders, managers, coaches and other individuals to promote USG athletes.

Judge Overstreet was elected to the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals in 1990 and was reelected to a full, six-year term that concluded in 1998.

Judge Overstreet earned his Doctorate of Juris Prudence Degree from Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University in 1975, where he began a prolific law career. In 1994, he returned to college and received a Master of Arts Degree in Sociology from Prairie View A&M University.
Judge Overstreet served as the Director of Clinical Legal Studies at the Thurgood Marshall School of Law. As a member of the Court, he has authored over 500 legal opinions and currently serves as Chair-Elect of the Judicial Council Division of the National Bar Association.
